Request a cancellation
I will refund your order if you decide to cancel within 24 hours of purchase. After this point I may have started on your order and cannot cancel once work has begun.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of my silhouette prints and the delicate nature of paper art prints, I do not accept returns or exchanges.  I am not responsible for color, silhouette changes, misspellings or typos in approved proofs, so be sure to double check all spellings, punctuation, capitalization and grammar. Once approved, your order will be printed and shipped to the address listed on the order. All computer monitors read color differently, so your printed product may not exactly match what you see on your monitor. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact me. I want all my customers to have a happy experience!

Revision Fee
I allow for minor profile revisions, color and text changes free of charge. More complex or involved revisions will incur a revision fee of $15 per silhouette or necessitate starting over and being charged the full price of a new silhouette. The degree of revision is up to my discretion. 

Shipping policies
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies but is usually 3-4 days to receive a proof and once approved it takes generally 2-5 days to ship. For a specific processing turnaround times, contact me at I ship First Class USPS and free shipping is for items that fall under that category. For orders over 13oz. or expedited shipping I may separately charge the difference in additional shipping fees. I ship using white cardboard hard mailers with "Do not bend" stamps on the front and back. The prints are safely packaged inside with chipboard (to further stabilize against bending) and slipped in a cello self-sealing (compostable) sleeve.
